Welcome to Party Junk 247 – an upcycled projects link party
Every Friday, 7PM through Sunday 11 PM Pacific
Happy weekend, everyone! Can you believe I’m building this post all the way from MAUI?! Crazy, interesting world we live in these days, isn’t it? You can follow my tropical antics on Instagram.
Since we were ‘busy’ snorkeling and having dinner out (hard at work here!!), I didn’t have a chance to create a theme for this weekend. But let’s have a party anyway! Here are a few highlights from last weekend’s Party Junk 246…
Repurposed Bi-fold Doors into a Fence / The Interior Frugalista
When Marie caught sight of a pile of bifold doors at her neighbours, she snagged them. They were promptly put to amazing use hiding her ‘junk pit’ in the yard. What a cool outcome!
Front porch nest on a chair vignette / Heart Rocks in my Pocket
When Elaine was decorating her porch, she landed this amazing old chair filled with nests from her sister. She put it out exactly the way sis handed it to her.
Dear Funky Junk Donna’s sis… you can throw something this cool my way any time you wish! Wow… cool stying or what here. I love the little welcome on the chair too. 🙂
Industrial typewriter stand side table / Knick of Time Interiors
Angie found this old typewriter stand at a yard sale about a year ago… for FREE. She finally got around to doing something cool to it. I love the wood against the metal!
Let’s get this party rolling… link up your ‘new to Party Junk’ features below!

I need instructions on how to rust new Christmas ornaments. I am hanging them on an old barn red window. I thought red, turk, and just and old rusty look would be nice for an old decorated window. My ornaments are stars, lace, anything old and flat.
