Welcome to DIY Salvaged Junk Projects 409
Every Friday, 7 PM through Wednesday 11 PM Pacific
Hello everyone! And a happy new organizing-to-come year to you!
So, a little surprise today. Remember way back when this party hosted 2 linkups? One regular and one themed? Let’s try that again! So you’ll see one link up with our new projects AND I’d love for you to also share your fav junk organizing posts from the past!
I know we are all in the midst of cleaning up Christmas and wondering where on earth to put it all once again…. so here’s hoping this idea helps cheer you on in the right direction!
Much to my own surprise, my own cleaning efforts seemed to inspire lately…
Over Christmas through New Years I was literally stuck at home with an ice storm. So I wandered to this messy room and just started… but the key to it working was finding a reasonable place to stop…
Need a little push? This post may help!
And now, here are some cool highlights from last weekend’s party…
The bark got me too, but don’t let it fool you… this is a beautifully clever tin can hide that has limitless options!
If you’re struggling with bare spaces after Christmas, consider some simple tweaks to make it work. This candle centrepiece is so fitting for the wintery months! The flames promise warmth, while walking through the cool and crisp forest bound trail… what a great story.
Now, these tin cans share a different secret. Inspired by some actual cow labels, this post showcases some cow label printables so you can make your own. Farmhouse decadent or what!
Anything old and gritty gets my attention. And this kitchen themed wind chime does just that. Makes me want to start collecting the red and white handled pieces once again…
What does YOUR pantry look like? I can attest, mine looks nothing like this. The secret’s all about the bigger labeled bins and crates! Pretty to look at open storage fix too.
Joy has been one busy sign maker this past year. One of her features showcases how to achieve a textured image through drywall compound! This post showcases many other best of 2017 features.
A special thank-you for doing such justice to my stencils Joy, and for commenting on every party post! You are my hero. And my Canadian neighbour too!
Kinda makes you say, “Why didn’t I think of that?” out loud, doesn’t it? Beautiful red toolboxes that offer stackable space have a new place in my own heart!
What have you made this past week? Link up in the 1st!
Got a fav past organizing project or 3? Link up in the 2nd!

3. Only projects new to this link party please. Repeats are welcome in secondary themed linkups only.
4. By linking up here, you’re cool with me featuring you on my blog, Pinterest, Twitter, FJI Facebook with a link back to you, or its own new LINK WIDGET with no additional permission required.
5. No need to link back! Pinning the first image instead would be very appreciated. Thank you! : )
