Happy New Year!! Are you all rested up to get going again?

As you’ve likely discovered by now, I took a couple weekends off from hosting this link party due to them falling on Christmas and New Year’s Day. I kinda figured no one had been creating yet by then anyway, so I hope you got some rest in like I did! Well… sorda…

The break was really needed, even though I ended up doing a hard purge completely filling up my truck for the dump because I couldn’t even put away Christmas before getting rid of stuff in the way!

So I ended up hustling. But when you don’t blog about each step, it really expedites the process. So I may share a post next week on some top purging tips that expert purgers don’t tell you about…

To catch up with my world, I’ve posted 8 posts since the last party! So I’ll add the posts to the linkup. However I will highlight two below I’m really proud of! Which ultimately share all the other projects inside them anyway…

Christmas kitchen home tour

Includes painted skis, ice effect on window, scrap wood trees in presents, steampunk trees, Hot Cocoa appliance garage, crate-candle vignette, and more!

Christmas livingroom home tour with white ektorp sofas

Christmas living room home tour

Includes the fireplace, untrimmed natural Christmas tree in DIY crate, cozy winter pillows, steampunk trees and more!

But now it’s time to continue to clean hard, fire up some new stencils and projects and get to some desired home renos going that will ultimately once again challenge me BIG.

Do you have any big plans for 2021? I plan to repair shed #2, and maybe do a kitchen reno… myself! And possibly plank all my upstairs ceilings (yikes)… my goals are lofty, but if I can’t travel anyway, time to gitter done, right?!

So going back to the last party, here are some fab Christmas features, so be sure to visit these posts and pin the ideas for next Christmas!

  1. Donna,
I’m so pleased that you like the tin Trees. They were so fun to decorate with around the yard. It’s a good feeling to use scraps to make something to enjoy.
I hope you had a wonderful Holiday!
Thank you for the feature. I sure am blessed by your sweet comments.

  2. Hello Donna, a beginning of a good year with all the best for you and your family with lots of love and health. The year starts well for me with the choice of my paper Christmas tree. Thank you kisses from the Netherlands xoxo

  3. Happy New Year, Donna, here’s to a much better 2021! Thank you for featuring my farmhouse apron! It got a lot of use over the holidays and the stencil stood up well through washings. xo
