Regular followers of Funky Junk may have noticed I didn’t post much this week. Here’s why…
I’ve been so busy ‘learning’. My head doesn’t seem to share well with being productive plus learning. LOTS of activity around the newest bHome app, which is a mobile friendly way to read home and garden blogs. I might be mildly addicted to it, so beware… 🙂
And my son has been home a few days from school. Nothing serious, but my time has been spent making homemade chicken soup and being a mom.

Upcycled galvanized birdhouses / Finding Home
I love Laura’s posts. The photography is always gorgeous, and the projects always have a twist of junk that I ADORE. A garbage can lid and bucket… who knew?
Vintage bicycle Painted dresser / Canary Street Crafts
Amy did a gorgeous job on this side table / dresser. The image was inspired by the Graphics Fairy, then hand painted. Wow. What a statement!
Special date stenciled sign / AKA Design
I realize this post was really to do with the adorable crate styled date sign on the wall, but this entire space made me swoon. Click the link for the full room tour… so striking with neutrals teamed with black typography! I’m inspired to make some new pillows… AND a sign. 🙂
