Welcome to another edition of those ever amazing Picture Perfect full room makeovers! This weekend I bring you one amazing craft room even non crafters will envy.
Jaime rom Raising up Rubies has a secret. She has the most creative living room you ever did see.
Don’t you just love that? If you know you won’t use a room for its original purpose, change it! And that’s exactly what Jaime and her hubby did.
This space is organized, colourful, productive and it’s bombarded with the most amazing features! Let’s snoop a little closer.
This 4’x8′ crafting table was hand made by Jaime’s husband and dad. I love that they made it a ‘standard’ size so standard things can fit on it. (that does make sense if you think about it)
The table also has an additional storage area below so no square inch of space is wasted. Goodness… talk about picture perfect!
The shelving unit flanking the main wall gives everything a place. These are boxes covered in paper. And here I thought they were binders.
Yarn storage is smartly displayed in glass canisters for easy viewing. Love the chalkboard labels!
I love it all, but the area that completely stole my heart is the sewing table. Jaime Mod Podged a dress pattern onto the table top for decoration and a tape measure for productivity. So original!

What a pretty room, love the contrast between warm tones and the whites. I have to agree, if I could do it all over again, I would turn my barely used formal dining room into a seating area, with four chairs, and an ottoman, something I know my kids would love.

Good morning and thanks for hosting the party. I have a tutorial on how to Freeze Beans (#115 ) and why you should avoid canned beans which are lined with BPA. They’re easy to prepare beforehand and freeze for later use. Plus, they’re cheap! Have a great day!
