The Headmistress – Door Decor

No need for a wreath on a door when you have this amazing wicker cornucopia styled with something picked right out of the garden. What an impact! Don’t you love the green door?

It’s Overflowing – Vintage chic casual dining, fall tablescapes

If you’d like some ideas on how to incorporate fall on your table, this is a lovely post. What I love most is the use of a white gourde as a little pumpkin for a place setting. Sweet!

breida with a b – fall inspired mantel

This post indeed shows a fall mantel arrangement, but I fell in LOVE with a simple little pumpkin in a wire basket full of leaves. Adorable!

Why this flannel shirt matters for me in fall - via Funky Junk Interiors

My fall contribution? My flannelette shirt of course! haha

This is actually my mom’s shirt. It speaks to me of all things warm, cozy and country and reminds me of  home. Putting it on is like getting a hug from her. Here’s hoping I bring vintage flannel back cuz it’s staying on me. 🙂

A barbed wire wreath and fall mantel by Funky Junk Interiors

Ok, I have one fall post to share of my own. It was my barbed wire wreath and working with real leaves and sqaush for a fall inspired mantel. You can truly create fall with whatever you have at home right now.

Did you bring along some fall inspired decorating?

  1. You do vintage flannel very well Donna. I love that when you wear it – you feel like you are getting a hug from your mom. Thanks for hosting.

  2. Donna – you are just adorable! I love the fact that flannel IS back! I’ve seen it all over blogland, so you’re right in style, girlie. 🙂 And the fact that it’s your mom’s, make it all the more special.

  3. Hi, Donna girl, well, I love flannel shirts, too and wear them a lot in colder weather.
I am sorry but I linked in the first part of the party, then got down to Fall Decos and linked again. If you would kindly delete one, would appreciate it.
    Thanks for hosting.

  4. Thank you for hosting Donna. I really appreciate that you continue to host these parties. You are my number one referrer and I always get a surge of visitors when I link here. I know you are one busy lady, so I just wanted to let you know I’m really grateful that you do this.

  5. I love reading your blog and learning more about you. You come across so real and someone that I think I could be friends with. What I love the most is your humility. That new song that says ” you don’t know you are beautiful…” reminds me of you! You are wonderful and I love that you wear your moms flannel shirt! Never change being exactly who you are because that is what keeps me reading your blog! (even though I rarely if ever leave a comment)
