Tools:
Miter saw
cordless drill (I love Makita!)
Kreg Jig (optional)
Construction level
Supplies:
reclaimed wood planks
cedar strips or thin boards
hook racks
Fresh Coffee stencil
Pallet Stamps stencil
Fusion Mineral Paint - Coal Black
dome tip stencil brush
Instructions:
Select several hook racks of choice.
Line up enough boards to support the width of your hooks.
Cut all main boards to the same length.
Cut two support boards out of cedar strips measuring the width of the large boards.
Flip main boards good side down, then screw cedar strips along the back near the top and bottom of the boards.
Arrange stencils and hooks on the surface of the boards to design.
Stencil a main theme along the top. I used Fresh Coffee.
Stencil Pallet Stamps below to add more rustic details.
Screw hook racks onto the boards.
Mount the mug rack to a wall, then hang up your mugs and enjoy all your added space!
