How to upload comment photos with Gravatar

Using Gravatar so comment pictures show up - via Funky Junk Interiors

My you’re looking a little grey and white today…

Ever wonder how to ditch the patchwork quilt sections or grey/white head and shoulders icon when you comment on some blogs? Wonder no more… here’s how!

Blogs such as WordPress require a little extra help and need a place to grab said picture from. Gravatar will get you there. It’s easy, free and takes just a couple minutes to set up!

In a nutshell: you choose the email you wish to use to comment on blogs with, and apply a photo to that email.

How to set up Gravatar

1. Visit Gravatar.com.

2. Enter an email you wish to use to get started…

3. You’ll go through a confirmation process via that email to verify it’s really you.

The rest of the steps are totally self explanatory.

The really cool thing about Gravatar is you can apply different pictures to different email accounts if desired. It’s all up to you!

I’d love to see your smiling faces, so I hope you sign up! If you do, you’ll instantly see your face beside your comment in comments!

Feel free to do a test! Comment below and see if you need a Gravatar. If you find you have no picture, go sign up and it’ll appear on it’s own without doing one extra thing! Just make sure you use the same email.
