Spring Decor Repurposed / the most creative salvaged junk features all decked out for spring! via FunkyJunkInteriors.net

Welcome to Party Junk 231 – Spring Decor Repurposed

Every Friday, 7PM through Sunday 11 PM Pacific

First off, thanks so much for chiming in your opinions on the link party survey last weekend!

Most of you loved the themed linkup as well as the generalized one, so no big changes! On we go! And thanks for mentioning you’d miss the party if it were no longer… that’s all I needed to know. :)

Your visits to the links and any sharing or pinning you do to help the party continue to prosper are so much appreciated. Thank-you for all YOU do, you are helping make this party what it is today. :)

So… let’s jump into spring! Here are a few picked out from last weekend’s link party plus…

Repurposed chest of drawers planter by Penny's Vintage Home featured on FunkyJunkInteriors.net

What was once a microwave stand, this dresser now stands proudly as a gorgeous spring planter in Penny’s new greenhouse! The pink tone really makes that green pop in the most wonderful of ways.

Rust and lace flowers by Vintage with Laces featured on FunkyJunkInteriors.net
Rust and lace sewn flowers by Vintage with Laces

Julia’s rusty motor part collection was calling her. They kept reminding her of flowers, so she created this beautiful fabric flower garden with all things rust, lace and twine! (the background is created from a 100 year old sewing pattern!) Visit the post for closer details. May I have a king sized quilt like this please?

Repurposed Drawer Shelf by Organized Clutter featured on FunkyJunkInteriors.net

When Carlene landed this $5 drawer, I’d bet she had no idea what a cool shelf it would make. Add an extra board for depth and you’re all set! Love how the drawer creates a shadow box of sorts.

Mossy wooden shoes wall hanging by FunkyJunkInteriors.net

I’m so glad these woodsy wooden shoes were never painted… love how the green absolutely pops against them! Wonderful for organizing most anything.

Spring inspired gravy boat bird nest by Forever Decorating, featured on FunkyJunkInteriors.net
Gravy Boat nest in the kitchen / Forever Decorating

I’m so glad Terry decked out her kitchen in all things spring… this gravy boat nest is absolutely charming! Adore the layers and how lovely the woodsy nest with eggs stand out against the white.

Old fashioned wooden swing by Knick of Time Interiors, featured on FunkyJunkInteriors.net

I love it when Angie gets inspired for, as she puts it, a quickly rewarding project… this old fashioned swing is darling! She even googled how to tie the right kind of knot… and check out that twine… I’ll take one as my office chair please! (how fun would that be…)

Happy Spring ( although they’re calling for flurries in this God Forsaken province – bleak like the politics of Quebec LMHO – I think Pauline Marois is keeping winter here on purpose to bug the Anglophone community! )
