Welcome to DIY Salvaged Junk Projects 478
Every Friday, 7 PM through Wednesday 11 PM Pacific
Boy, does it feel so good to get back on the keyboard, while going over all your incredible DIY inspiration! Thanks for the eye candy!
Why the feeling? This past week I went back to ‘school’. I am taking a course that could very quite possibly have me helping empower you in a much different way. I’ll be sharing more as time passes, however just know, the blog is not going anywhere! I’m looking into adding a valuable new twist that will empower more of a one-on-one learning environment. Intrigued? Watch for more questions and answers on this one as time progresses!
Since I’ve been deep-diving into learning, I decided that it was a great time to share some past, unfinished stories. In fact, one reader asked me specifically about the bike series!
So I moved it to the top of the list.
I’ve been super back and forth on the home selling front however I took a major step in finally achieving some quotes for fix-ups. Trouble is… I don’t know if I’m staying or going! How far does one go? I go over that in this post.
PLUS I’m asking for your opinions this round…. what would you do to the outside of my house?
Join the convo in the post, I’d love to hear what you see!
The series All Things Bike returns! In Part 1, I shared how my accidental bike habit came to be. Part 2 is all about HOW to shop for the best fitting ultimate bike for YOU, including my must-get fav bike accessories. Not sure if a bike is for you or not? Read both parts… you’ll know pretty quick!
Since I’m super craving to get paint on my fingers, thanks for holding down the pretty DIY fort this round! Here’s some outstanding highlights that spoke to me from last weekend’s party…
Remember the time I didn’t pick up all those stacked drawers on the side of the road? Of course you don’t… because I didn’t do it! And you can bet I’m kicking myself now. Aren’t these drawer planters stunning?!
Carlene is sharing the new garden-themed stencils with her own unique twist! All the details are in her post.
I’ll never forget the fresh-picked flower mosaic someone placed on our local town’s park lawn just for fun last summer.
So I am LOVING this faux flower rendition! Isn’t it beautiful?
This little bunk bed ladder became an outstanding frame AND shelf to these chalkboard styled garden signs! Yes, I am eyeing wall space as I type… I need one in my life!
I love fabric projects that don’t require sewing… I think I’m going to go through some old jeans and see what I can do with the pockets! Isn’t this place setting idea epic?
My nightstand ladder always becomes crammed with stuff. I love how this DIY organizer makes that tight space productive AND pretty!
This could be a cool office helper too! What would you use it for?
This is the beautiful magic that transpires when you blend a picture frame, some bead board wood and beach-y colours. Aren’t the twine handles the best touch ever?
