Welcome to DIY Salvaged Junk Projects 504
Every Friday, 7 PM through Wednesday 11 PM Pacific
I don’t know about you, but this week FLEW by. I’ve been challenging myself to do a little more video where the stencils are concerned, so it’s nearly been daily that I’ve done a new mini tutorial on Instagram / Facebook.
If you’d like to catch a few, visit HERE then check Demo 1, 2, 3, in story highlights. I’ll create a blog post landing page for them soon for those who don’t frequent Instagram nor Facebook.
I’ve also been super busy building a Christmas tree skirt which I hope to share next week, AND have something extra special coming up starting Sunday night! Be on the lookout because it’s gonna be a good one!
Just know… when it gets quiet on dee ol’ blog, there’s lots brewing ahead…
With all that going on, I also managed to get a post up on my recent Seattle adventures where Susan and I found this fabulous kitchen antiques wall gallery, (it’s HUGE), took in the Space Needle, Chihuly Garden and Glass, made mistakes, got stuck in pouring rain, lost, uphill… and more. It’s a big post but it shares the rest of our adventures with plenty of pretty pics!
Ok, on to you!
I am just SMITTEN with these highlights from last weekend’s party… and I know you will be too!
We’ve all heard of a cloche… but here’s how to make the same effect with just a bottle. I think this is absolutely charming, and hope you click to read the descriptions… so pretty!
Don’t they look like wax?! But they aren’t. Far from it. This project is beautiful AND clever… click the link for all the details!
This adorable advent has a hidden surprise the closer you reach Christmas! Visit the link to see what will be exposed starting… I’d say, December 14th…
Anyone else a felted wool fan? These faux acorns will be right up your alley. Visit post link for amazing instructions!
Most advents more or less help count down Christmas. But THIS advent is super clever because it holds a ton of great gifts, treats, surprises or whatever you wish!
This wonderful tutorial comes with printables available so you can make the same! Click the link for full info.
Inspired by another hot cocoa bar that was positively infused with rustic charm, Lora created her own take, and it’s filled with vintage goodies! Click the link to see the new setup!
What did you up-cycle this past week? Link up below!
~ Blah blah linkup rules ~
1. Upcycled, DIY home decor projects only please. Items for sale must be in tutorial form on your blog. NO FOOD NOR NEW CRAFTS please.
2. Linkups must be your own work, not another’s.
3. Only projects new to this link party please, to keep things fresh. Repeats may be deleted.
4. By linking up here, you’re cool with me featuring you on my blog, Pinterest, Twitter, FJI Facebook with a link back to you, or its own new LINK WIDGET with no additional permission required.
5. No need to link back to the party in your posts. I would love it if you shared the first gallery picture instead. Thank-you!
