Welcome to DIY Salvaged Junk Projects 527
Every Friday, 7 PM through Wednesday 11 PM Pacific
Hello there friends!
So nice to have you back for another inspiring weekend!
Even I’ve been busy this past week! I created a screen door (from scratch!) and even bought a new tool toy to get the job done! Can’t wait to share that with you soon!
I’ve also been working more on the yard, and have the cutest project I’ll be sharing early next week that’s all about enhancing your flowerbeds with scrap wood… it was one of those projects that I didn’t know would even transpire… which is most often the case when I just work around fixing up the house!
So yay to plenty of upcoming creativity!
But this past week I did share a heartfelt post HERE on losing my beloved bike trails due to our current climate…
But luckily, this story ends well, with a few valuable lessons in it for good measure! Come on over and visit one very pretty post with a very grateful ending!
You can also tell summer’s in the air with this week’s features from last week’s party… those vibrant bright happy colours just make ME happy! And here they are…
DIY Salvaged Junk Projects 527 features:
Alrighty Kim… keep this up and I may be making the cutest little scrap wood villages in the land right along with ya… because this lightouse beach front scene is to DIE for! So perfect for summer, isn’t it? It’s like, let’s create our dream vacation place so we can visit it right at home… adorable!
This post link leads to Facebook (not a how-to) so be sure to follow Kim there to see what she makes next!
Need to hide something outside? This post is your ultimate must-visit fix, using bifold doors! Genius and beautiful! Click the link to see how.
It’s fun to dress up a table, but it’s even more fun when it isn’t fussy… which is the case with this gorgeous denim table runner! What a fab look for throw pillows, a tote bag, anything! Visit the post link to learn how. Includes stencil links.
Anyone else have a growing stack of jeans that (ahem) may not fit any longer? Here’s what to do with them! What a cute idea. I’d love one for building as well… or when painting…. what would you use it for? Click to learn how!
If you have a stash of campfire accessories, you may have what’s called a jaffle iron… which apparently makes the most adorable painted sunflowers garden art for outdoors! Click to read what this special iron is traditionally used for and how it was revamped!
I just sunk into my chair a few inches lower… but that’s only because these gorgeous pin cushions with jello mold bases are hinting at me to try sewing a few face masks… and I don’t even know if my machine still works! Maybe I should start with these first… LOL These are the cutest! Click the link to learn how to make them.
