Every Friday, 7 PM through Sunday 11 PM Pacific

Happy weekend everyone!

I ran late with this post. Got stuck on the computer and forgot to look up. And then it was dark. At least I was still comfy in my pjs… and I’m ready for bed! What a time saver idea this turned out to be.

So… this past week?

I’m rather proud of myself! It started as a deep clean in my photo studio, but I ended up building a super cool stencil trolley… and I am in LOVE!

Then I shared a little more Maui stuff, this time a junk inspired restaurant you MUST SEE! In real life too of course.

And then I finally finished a post I started at least a month ago. Egads… It shares everything you’ve ever wanted to know about stencilling. My fav gear, how to store, how to clean, my fav supplies, plus. I felt like a ran a marathon after that one, but it’s loaded with helpful info and finds.

So! Now I’m going to get dressed, go out to eat, then put the pjs back on and read what you brought over to the party… some days are just built for pure amazingness, are they not? 🙂

When’s the last time you’ve had a pj day?

Here’s what you brought over from last weekend’s partay…

If this project wasn’t so hard, I’d have eaten it by now. How delicious are all these chippy rusty layers? I need to go ruin some barrels it appears… ‘just a clock’ does not exist in Joan’s home.

What?!?

Get ready to say the same thing shorty. Because you truly will NOT believe your eyes when you glance at the before of this bench. Please go take a peek. This one needs to win a building award!

I’ll take the cutting boards and shelf too, please…

That clever Sarah sure knows how to beach up an entry. Or coats. Or oar. Or all of the above! I love how this idea themes the season, but in a super natural way.

I was running late to create this link party post, when I came upon this winter home tour. My blood pressure suddenly dropped to lah lah land vacation mode. This is one stunningly, fresh tour!

I am SMITTEN with this banner. Do you think it’s made out of wood? Had me fooled!

This is soooo gorgeous… and isn’t that layering over the top beautiful?

While I love chalkboards, I never make them because I don’t have the space.

Now, this clipboard idea? No more excuses! Such a great way to showcase a wifi password, shopping list, reminder for more coffee… pick your poison.

She had me at no sew. But now I really want pom poms on every straight edge I own! What a pretty way to ramp up a plain throw.

Super clever and easy tutorial!

This lovely mudroom has some clever hiding places. I especially ADORE how the keys are hung. A must see!

If you are remotely online at all, you’ll have seen this design on a multitude of things.

I have to believe this is one of Angie’s most popular stencils… because it is EVERYWHERE! And makes everything look good.

I was seriously just sweeping. Then I got to cleaning. Which ended up in a new build. I love projects that just happen right when you need them! Super cool fix for hanging stencils utilizing an old crate.

All you need to know about stencilling, by Funky Junk Interiors

All I meant to answer was what my fav stencil brushes were. Well, that spun into this MEGA post that includes all things stencils. I think the only thing I left out is what time I go to bed at night. And I’m totally not tellin’ on myself…

  1. Hi Donna! Thanks for the party! Not sure if my guest room updates qualify for the party or not… so delete if you need to – but it does have lots of “revamped” and thrifted stuff in it. 🙂 Sharing other things too, so I have other links if you delete it.

  2. Thanks Donna for DIY Salvaged Junk Projects.

The (your) stencils arrived Wednesday and I made 4 right away – FARMHOUSE was my fav so far – love the size, will be posting about them soon.

Did a quick banner project, I was just waiting for the right junk to appear and it did this week – vintage flash cards, well worn kid’s blocks and some sturdy blue/white lightweight rope, enough good junk to make two banners.

    Joy
