DIY Salvaged Junk Projects 376

Every Friday, 7 PM through Sunday 11 PM Pacific

Hello friends!

Welcome back to another weekend junk party!
.

The BIG features are back!

Thanks for the thumbs up on the new way to do features the past couple weeks, but… while it was super easy to set up, my heart said it didn’t showcase the features in as much of a profound way as I desired. To me it kinda felt like visiting TWO linkups…

Back to big, beautiful features it is!
.

5 Day Link Up

Also, I had a comment requesting the linkup widget to be open more than 2.5 days.

This party was originally created to run just on weekends, however I certainly don’t mind leaving the linkup open a little while longer (5 days) to gauge things! I’ll change my promoting to reflect later linkups too, so be sure to check during the week for new additions!
.

BIGGER images linkup!

I liked the large featured images the past 2 weekends so much, now everyone linking up will get one! Big linkups all around! 🙂 Let me know what you think!

And just a few other key points… only up-cycled projects are allowed in this party, (no new crafts nor food) and no repeats, so the party is always new and fresh! (sorry, but I do go through the posts to delete rule breaking posts from time to time)

If you have any other suggestions yourself on what changes you’d like to see, feel free to share!

And now onto you! Here are some stunning features from last weekend’s party…

The marriage of a tulip tray, ladder, and ladles along with a wreath? May they live happily ever after, because this is stunning! Love the little moss gardens…

Most are into turning round things into farmhouse clocks these days. But Carlene managed to turn her thrift store clock into a one of a kind garden art feature. The rusty gate frames this one perfectly!

What?! This is genius! The perfect no-build, lotsa light, non deteriorating outdoor herb garden shelf! Showering was overrated anyway… 🙂

My garden was a mess. But thanks to a few blooming tulips, this little transformation took minutes! My fav part is the moss covered log…

After you see this idea, you’ll never see charming teacups quite the same way again. This is gorgeous!

From ho-hum letter holder, to smart card file style. Carlene certainly has the touch!

Did you know what this was at first? Sure fooled me!

When art and a vintage suitcase combine. LOVE the colours and this design so much.

~ Blah blah linkup rules ~

1. UpcycledDIY home decor projects only please. Items for sale must be in tutorial form on your blog. NO FOOD NOR NEW CRAFTS please.

2. Linkups must be your own work, not another’s.

3. Only projects new to this link party please. The themed linkup (if applicable) is an exception.

4. By linking up here, you’re cool with me featuring you on my blog,  Pinterest, Twitter, FJI Facebook with a link back to you, or its own new LINK WIDGET with no additional permission required.

5. No need to link back! Pinning the first image instead would be very appreciated. Thank you! 🙂

  1. Donna thanks for hosting this great party! Love the new format. I also thank you for that grill repurpose. So far I’ve managed to repurpose all the parts except for one little tiny piece! I’ma girl on a mission! Have a great weekend!

  2. This is my favourite party of the week, I always look forward to seeing what all the Junkers/upcyclers have been up to. Thank you so much for featuring my mosaic wall planter from last week.

  3. Love the big thumbnails and thrilled to hear the party will be open beyond the weekend. Thanks for the always inspirational party and have a nice weekend! Judging by the tulips, you are having much warmer weather than your neighbors to the east.

  4. Donna, Thanks for being such a considerate host! Think your improvement ideas are great! My “older” eyes love the bigger pictures and having a little longer to link up will help me get a couple more projects done;) This blogging business is all about continuous improvement, isn’t it?

Herzlichen Dank, mach weiter so!
