Every Friday, 7 PM through Wednesday 11 PM Pacific

Hello friends, and a Happy Easter Weekend to you all!

I am hoping you are enjoying some downtime with family, however in between the big egg hunts and indulging a little too much, here’s some happy junk browsing if you are so inlined…

This week I totally got my DIY on!

Lidded crate office desk with chalk bulletin board and pipe Open sign

I had saved up 4 new junk-styled office posts waiting for the release of some new stencils on board.

You can view all of them to date in one fell swoop HERE

And while this has been a fun week of projects, I have missed writing from the heart and other things… I’ve got a few new musings to share next week that’ll no doubt make you think…

Back to you, here’s what you brought over from last week’s party….

As if I didn’t have enough to love with the gorgeous simplicity of black and white, the buffalo check on this tray and pillows in this lovely neutral living room really punches up the interest factor!

Tour and stencil details in this post.

This clever take on a modern convenience with a rustic twist certainly caught my attention! So beautifully done! Outfit a picture for that sized opening and you could even hang a picture when the TV isn’t used. Hmm…

Cutting boards are the star of this sweet project. A little paint and a few hooks sure goes a long way with this one! Such a beautifully themed execution and totally chimes in well with vintage kitchen utensils, doesn’t it?!

Yes, apparently broken wine glasses do come in handy! Not to mention, this little fairy garden directional sign scene has wanderlust written all over it… oh dear. This could be a very expensive project after all… 😉

Oh goodness. The colours alone simply scream spring! The project itself is so cool though… it could take on so many different looks! Makes me think, why didn’t I think of this? Next year, junk easter eggs for sure!

Dear dream worldwide tour… maybe this is the way to start planning?!

Totally loving this idea for travel savings, such a neat enticement! It’s also just beautiful to look at. The technique used to get around the jars nicely is pretty clever!

Sage green paint will indeed be utilized this spring, because painting your own moss is a killer idea!

  1. Yesterday I was off from school and got all mixed up with my days. Did my normal Saturday morning routine which includes perusing through your posting of junk projects…buuuut….they weren’t there. Sniff, sniff….It never clicked until today when I saw your email as to why they weren’t there yesterday. Giggle. Just wanted to say thank you Donna for continuing to share these wonderful ideas and sharing them the way that you do.
