Welcome to DIY Salvaged Junk Projects 442

Every Friday, 7 PM through Wednesday 11 PM Pacific

Happy fall, folks!

It started to rain here so now it REALLY feels like a BIG season change overnight.

And just in time… because I have officially launched 8 new stencils, 7 of which are Fall themed! Look-it me all ready…

You can check all the Fall stencils out HERE

However I’ve only created with one of them thus far… with lots to come!

And here it is…

Rustic houndstooth stenciled TV Tray revamp by Funky Junk Interiors

Rustic houndstooth stenciled TV Tray revamp by Funky Junk Interiors

A pine TV tray got hit with a Houndstooth pattern, with a somewhat unexpected distressed look! This post showcases a 2 minute video of how I did the entire thing, and even includes a special spotlight with one of my cats… check out how he got his pretty black coat… 😀

Well, this project was only one of many new things transpiring. I also started volunteer dog walking for a local shelter, and am taking an 8 week long potter class for the first time! If you follow my Insta Stories you’ll see all about what goes on HERE.

Anyway, I’m chopping down that big goal list (I wrote about here) one by one so life is pretty inspiring lately!

So, let’s see what goodness you brought over from last week’s party…

Now you’ll never have to feel bad again if you forget to wash out your paint brush. (hand raised…)

And now I want an entire row of these hooks. Should only take about a month or so to accumulate said supplies… LOVE the patina!

This project is the perfect example of how any wall shelf can become instantly themed for a very important task! Cream and sugar in mine please…

Love the clean fresh tones! And that coffee stencil could not have been a better fit.

This post showcases project tutorial and stencil info.

This little peek-a-boo window in this dog treat jar is totally easy to make and SO creative! This would look so cool in a row of jars filled with other things, such as flour and sugar or candy too!

If industrial is your thing, this jar ring pumpkin would take you minutes to put together! Love the little branch addition.

Now imagine if you found rusty rings… nature’s orange I say!

This breathtaking paint treatment on this dresser is a must-peek which also includes a super helpful video. I can hear the waves crashing on the shore already…

Dear brown thumbs, I have found your dream tulips! And something to do with all those beaters you always see piled in in thrift stores.

These are adorable!
