Welcome to DIY Salvaged Junk Projects 453
Every Friday, 7 PM through Wednesday 11 PM Pacific
Howdy and welcome!
I had the massive urge to get on with Christmas… however, know what I’ve been doing instead? Cleaning. Anyone else feel the need to gut and purge before bringing big stuff out?!
I’ve also been busy designing new Christmas stencils. (projects in the works!)
And so many other things that I haven’t blogged about, so I decided to spill in a pretty bike ride AND life update post HERE. Loads of personal ramblings in this one with some musings you may relate to. Wanna hear what’s new? Come on over.
I also ask what you’d like me to blog about… I hope you’ll pay a visit and chime in the comments!
Back to you, ’tis the season when all your features are all about Christmas! Check out these amazing project ideas from last weekend’s party… I want them ALL.

I tried to leave a comment on your blog but for some reason it didn’t appear. I just wanted to let you know that I adore your spool wreath. Sewing holds a very special place in my heart. Adding this to my DIY project list. Thanks for the inspiration.
Thanks so much, Joselyn!Your comment is there now; the security stuff just flags some comments until I approve them to prevent spambots. (just behind the scenes technical stuff;)
Want to thank you for all the awesome ideas you share! Love to recycle items too..lovelove spool wreath! Thanks so much for making my day!
Totally understand cleaning before decorating. Otherwise the decorating just gets lost in the clutter. What’s behind closed doors I leave alone until after the holidays. I vow to live with less.
Totally agree Joselyn. I’ve been purging hard all year and vow to get this place looking as clean as a condo rental one day. haha! I love the extra visual space decluttering offers. We are totally on the same page here!
