DIY Salvaged Junk Projects 460 - Book covered day planner, wood tray, tape measure jewelry, clock luminary, plus!

Welcome to DIY Salvaged Junk Projects 460

Every Friday, 7 PM through Wednesday 11 PM Pacific

Hi all, and welcome!

Raise your hand if you are either in deep cleaning mode… OR in vacation land. It seems to be one or the other and friends, it’s messing me up because I want to do BOTH! 🙂

I honestly have never gone on a winter trip because of a good deal, as I haven’t had that option for years raising my in school son on my own. But the empty nest world is so different I barely know what to do with this new me. So I’m gonna hang tough and just feel out what’s right. So just keep that toe sand dipping to a dull roar, ok? 😀

Table saw tips for newbies and making a push stick

Anyway, my brother paid a visit and boy was it productive. He spotted my table saw buried under a pile of camping gear and insisted I get it working! HERE is that story, loaded with newbie tips AND about our very first project!

Aside from that, I have been cleaning, but I didn’t intend to clean my kitchen pantry… HERE is that (rather troublesome) story and why it had to happen pronto. The comments alone are filled with even more tips on this issue!

So… let’s see what you’ve been up to lately! Here’s some fab highlights from last week’s party…

  1. Beautiful bike ride on Instagram today Donna.

Thank you for not only designing the GROCERY store stencil but including my fence board turned Grocery sign in your features this week.

Buffalo Check is such a great design – and those IKEA framed little mirrors were just begging for anything to make them look interesting.

Thanks for your 460th DIY Salvaged Junk this week Donna.

    Joy

  2. Hi Donna. I posted my links for this week in the wrong window (Best of 2018) instead of Upcycled projects only. But when I tried to delete it, I could not – sorry about it.
Thanks for hosting the party, Donna.
