My favorite Believe necklace

There’s something that you may or may not have noticed with every photograph of myself on the ‘ol blog.

I’m wearing something in each photo that’s the same.

In which I NEVER take off.

And that would be my beloved believe necklace, 

from The Rusted Chain.

I can’t believe how this thing is holding up! I’ve had it for at least a year. I totally abuse it. I’ve swam with it, drenched it daily, and have never done anything special to it as in buffing or whatnot.

I have not followed the rules. Surprised? 🙂

I love this thing. It never gives me skin irritations, I can’t feel the weight of the piece and it always looks like a million bucks, even when I blend it with other jewelry.

Each piece is on a sterling silver disk, hand stamped to suit, complete with an 18″ steel ball chain, trimmed out with a fresh water pearl. Perfect! Ain’t she purdy with my rust?!?

I chose believe for many reasons. At the time I so needed to believe in myself on where I wanted to be. I’m also believer in faith, family and most anything else. I just believe. So this was the piece for me.

But then darn it anyway Beki came out with this quirky piece! LOVE.

Want it to look a little more distressed? I ordered mine more beat up to match my… junk. 🙂

Beki makes more than hand stamped discs though.

    What fun!!! I think I’d chose the “Jesus Loves Me” kids’ necklace for my daughter and the “You are my Sunshine” necklace for myself…my son used to sing that to me when he was 3. 🙂

    I absolutely love these! If I had the funds I would buy one for my daughters and nieces for Christmas but $50 would be a great boost toward doing that! I love the faith hope and love necklace, blessed, god is greater,all of those! I wouldn’t choose, I would get them all:>)

    I am torn between “you are my sunshine”, “blessed” and “thankful”! All three equally beautiful and meaningful! When we were dating my hubby gave me a top which played you are my sunshine when you spun it and after we were married he gave me a small cardboard music “box” which played the same song! 🙂

    I love the necklaces that you can put your family names on…. I really like the one with the sun on it but then the one with just your initial in the middle surrounded by your family names is also great too… very hard to choose.

    If I were to win, I would choose the “beautiful, chosen, treasured…” necklace for my daughter. That is the message I would love for her to carry with her throughout her life – that she is a beautiful, chosen and treasured child of God (and mine).

    I like any of the photography ones. Take the “Mom’s” off of “Mom’s gonna snap” and it would be perfect. Maybe “capture life” would be better. Tough decision.

    Oooohhhh, so hard to choose. I love them all, but I think I would go with I shoot people or one of the family necklaces. I’ve had my eye on her stuff for a while, just no extra dough to splurge on one.

    I have a friend who’s having a rough time right now as a single mom and I’d give her the monogram necklace with all the pretty scrollwork. And I think the Jesus Loves Me necklace would be perfect for my daughter.

    Oh goodness, that was a lot of great stuff to choose from. But I think my favorite would have to be the “I Love You More” necklace. It is said in our house almost everyday!!

    I love the stuff on The rusted chain, I think my fave are Love Never Fails, & Faith Hope Love. I just liked her on FB, ADORE the pic of the necklace You are my Sunshine My Darling Niece use to sing that song30 years ago none stop (i taught her the song) she now teaches it to her daughter, subscribed to email, I shared on FB Too,(S’more Pops) yummy.
    BTW I am so stealing your drill box as soon as I can get my FIL’s old drill 🙂

    I would love to own the “cup of hope” necklace.I have a very rare lung disease called Lymphangioleiomyomatosis that strikes only women..our motto is “Breath of Hope”. This would be perfect!

    I like the ‘Dream Big Butterfly’ necklace. And I have something I wear all the time also…it’s two small bracelets that have faded letter beads that spell ‘peace’ and ‘self-control’…two things I always need. 😉 I liked it on FB, tweeted it, and now I’m here. (fingers crossed…)

    What a wonderful place to visit, so many inspirational necklaces. I would either do the Believe or the Butterfly Dream Big necklace with the sterling chain. My daughter has ADHD and struggles. She has trouble believing she can “do it”. I think wearing a necklace that would remind her to believe in herself would be great. kanugent@live.com

    The You are My Sunshine necklace is great! That is what my mom sang to me when I was little, what I sing to my son, and one of his favorite books. I love the photographer items as well…that is part of our business!
