Greetings, friends!
Would you believe my lawn needs mowing… in January?! We had a massive rain storm and now that the sun is out, as soon as it dries, I’m going to try and start my lawnmower! I do miss gardening for the physical outdoor aspect, but I’m trying to be patient so I can give some indoor projects a chance before I’m lost to the weeds for weeks! What’s your winter weather like?
However, I’m pretty pleased with myself this past week for sharing a helpful indoor upcycle that costs pennies to make!
Ceiling fan blade wall mounted coat hooks
Upcycled ceiling fan blade wall mounted coat hooks
If you need additional hooks for coats, clothing, towels, etc., here’s how I upcycled ceiling fan blades to become the cutest, coat hooks in the land! The simple addition of burlap gives them that special rustic touch. Hardware is expensive… so using the original fan hardware makes these free! Aren’t they fun?!
I also have a super fun makeover next week for something super standard and normally a little on the ugly side… so be sure to subscribe HERE so you don’t miss out!
So what have you upcycled this week, creative friends? Link it all up! To start things up, here’s some fabulous upcycled project features from the last week’s party…

Thank you so much for including my glass globe ‘snowballs’ in your feature, Donna!
What I wouldn’t give to still have those amazing antique glass light globes in my possession (Deb sheds a tear…) I search all the time for similar ones, but SoCal is just not the place to find them.
Oh, how I wish we had anything green to mow in cold Nebraska! Thank you so much for sharing my mirror project. I always appreciate your link party!
Donna, I love your newest upcycle. The stenciled burlap completes the cost hooks!
