I’ve always wanted to kayak. And I’m so glad I shared that desire with my brother because being an avid kayaker, he made it finally happen!
So this post shares my first kayaking experience, loaded with the best tips! And one of the prettiest blog posts I’ve put together yet.

Your kayak post is a feast for the eyes: those lily pads are incredible, as is the rest of the scenery; loved that duck too. So happy to see you had such a wonderful time kayaking! Kayaking is something I wish I could do (I just get motion sick). Hope you keep it up :).

I’ve walked the path around the lake you kayaked on – so beautiful there! It looked so peaceful amongst all those lily pads. I adore Kim’s cottage junk art! So well done. Have a fantastic long weekend! I hope you get a chance to do more kayaking, although from what I hear, the smoke is terrible there right now.
That Cottage picture is awesome! I can just picture someone working on that at a camp along the water. Now it makes me want to buy a small cottage somewhere (lol)! It looks like it could have been featured on the show “Maine Cabin Masters”. (I love to watch that show on DIY network)
