Well now! Would you believe I got my first Christmas project up for the season in November?!
I sure did, thanks to Inspired by Charm’s decadent Christmas ribbon cabinet I fell hard for when Michael first posted it.
Wood Christmas trees in a vintage cabinet by Funky Junk Interiors
Isn’t this the cutest?! I gathered up all my little DIY wood scrap Christmas trees, mixed them up, then staged them as a Christmas display.
But honestly, what I love most about this project is the fact that using a little cabinet doesn’t eat up valuable surface space. So this one is a total win for me!
I’m also working on a winter project that involves handmade skis… I was inspired to give this a go when a friend mentioned she couldn’t find skis in her area. So I’ll be sharing this one next week!
Anyone else wish they could work a little faster though? I think I spend more time thinking than I do creating. Where’s a quick decision maker machine I can purchase please? Offering top dollar…
Luckily, you’ve brought over a ton of inspiring project for both fall and Christmas, and here are those gorgeous features from last week’s party…

Chalkboard Christmas truck sign by Fresh Vintage by Lisa S
This adorable Christmas truck sign is a combination of two different stencils painted directly on a chalkboard! How’s that for an easy Christmas sign?
Love how the black chalkboard makes these traditional colours of green and red pop! This tutorial also shares how to stencil using multi colours. Great tips!
