New Upcycled Projects to Make 622
Every Friday, 7 PM through Wednesday 11 PM Pacific
Greetings and welcome to yet more over-the-top creative projects that will inspire you straight into spring decorating!
I even managed to get a curbside project done… thanks to my son, that is!
Ikea hack side table, pallet-style!
Not long ago I passed an IKEA wood table on the curb, but didn’t think it was really my style, so I left it behind. Until I got home… because a brainstorm hit! So I ran back to get it, but there it sat outside my house for my neighbours to enjoy a little too long…
Until my son wanted something lower to put his fish tank on. BINGO! So I went full tilt, adding shelves as well as a funky pallet treatment, turning this little table into a one-of-a-kind look!
Adore it so much I was mulling over keeping it and getting my OWN fish tank! But it’s his, and it looks great in his room!
I only have one more curb-found object to move into my house now… LOL Things are looking up!
And I have 2 other garage project posts to share with you, along with a DIY that actually went so bad it turned out good. LOL So I’ll get my writing hat on and get busy next week!
Until then, let’s take a peek at these incredible projects with many that will freshen up your spring home decor in the most creative of ways from last week’s party!

My pleasure Lisa, I love learning the DIY routes to most anything, and this was a great tutorial AND outcome! The fish tank looks pretty amazing on that table. In fact, I found another table on marketplace just like it and I was tempted to click… but resisted. LOL
Love the concrete. Gotta try a few. Hope all is well in Canada.
Isn’t that the coolest project?! I’d like to try it too! Yes, all is good in BC, although the weather is still pretty chilly! I’m ready for some warmer temps.
