Welcome to Party Junk 256 – an upcycled link party

Every Friday, 7PM through Sunday 11 PM Pacific

Hello weekend party people! I’m currently in Toronoto, Canada of all places, gearing up for a big weekend at BlogPodium! I can’t wait to tell you all about my adventures upon my return.

Until then, the show must go on. So this post is scheduled, and I’m crossing my fingers everything will work! If not, oops. 🙂

Here are some fabulous highlights from last week’s party…

Lori was in love with the brand name family lockers, but didn’t like the $2000 price tag. So she set about designing her own out of old doors and parts of chairs. This is amazing!

Have you always wanted to build your own bench from scratch like me? Pamela has solved all our problems! This post hosts an excellent tutorial. Isn’t it beautiful?

Pallet countertop for kitchen island by Scrapality, featured on FunkyJunkInteriors.net

Andrea was creating a kitchen island, but desired something out of the ordinary. Rummaging through her stash of pallet support boards (the ones we always throw out after using pallet wood!), she created this little piece of pallet paradise! Ohhhh my goodness… it isn’t sanded nor finished yet, but look at it so far!

  1. Thanks Donna for hosting the party. I love your picks. I have two pallets that I can’t seem to break down…I need some advice. Have a wonderful week.

  2. Welcome to “Toronoto”! Wish the weather was better for you – wave to the north when you are up the CN Tower and I’ll wave back(haha). Have a great time and thanks for what you do!
