I’ve been working on a fun project over the past couple of days… and that’s taking new photos of various textures, vintage collections and more.
Like this group of rusty and colorful vintage faucet handles. Yum!

Right down to a pile of tiny antique nails I landed in a thrift store not long ago. On my white paint concrete floor no less.

What is Society6?

I’ve ordered my own original designs from the online shop in the past, and have found the quality of their product really good and the photos on merchandise very realistic to how I upload them.
For example, this office mug is from a photo I took of a bike trip LONG ago and found an office in the forest. So I created the Chippy Office collection HERE. (design still avail, exact mug is not)
Among my personal favorite products are their travel mugs.
However I’ve also noted while they don’t carry the same exact travel mugs I currently have, so I’ll be a new one to try it out.
They do keep adding a fresh variety of products consistently. So it pays to check in now and then to see what’s new.

Store browsing tips
The best way to learn more about the store is to simply visit the home page and check things out to see how it works.
However, I do find some navigating while browsing the store a little confusing. So here’s some added tips:
Use the back button. Lots!
The store is geared to share all the wonderful artists which is fine, but somewhat confusing if you want to shop under a specific artist.
So if you land somewhere you like, rather than visiting forward, hit the back button first before going somewhere new. Especially if you are attempting to shop in one spot.
Bookmark your favorite artists
It’s helpful to bookmark the home page so you can always just start that way again if you get lost in the shuffle. Ask me how I know.
Shop by collections
To further help, I’ve grouped each photo into separate collections so it’s easy to see what everything looks like on, say, Vintage Bingo Cards.
And in case this happens to you too, when you first visit a collection and the pictures aren’t loading, scroll down then up again and they appear. It took me awhile to figure that one out!
So over time, I’ll be adding new, interesting and unusual photos to my Society 6 store as a means to share my photography with you in unique ways!
And in return, you can pick up some fun, new stuff in ways you pick and choose!
