Welcome to Party Junk 292 – new salvaged junk project features and a link party

Every Friday, 7 PM through Sunday 11 PM Pacific

Hello weekend junk warriors!

I’m finally back to the land of the (much colder) living. I’ll admit, I’m having a little struggle adapting, mentally and physically. But I know my heart will catch up with me soon. If it wasn’t for the cats and my large desktop computer, you may have had to send the junk squad out to search for me… 😉

I’ve tried to mimic a few things we did on vacay at home, but it isn’t working as well. For one thing, to find the sunset, I have to go to the road and jump up. LOL No wonder it never became a thing at home! But I will say this… we are spending more time OFF line now. Which I’m going to write about soon.

Anyway, I’m really glad I took the time to go over your links from last weekend. They have helped reinspire me into the land of DIY enormously!

Here’s why…

I’ll never view an ugly trophy base quite the same way again. Wow…

And then there’s that farm table… now I want to build a farm table.

So… this post is about that GORGEOUS finish on the 2 toned dresser.

But eye spy… check out 2 of my own stencils in this pic… they are from the small Farmers’ Market with Arrow, and GROCERY.

Love the combo on this wooden piece! And that chippy milk paint sure makes that sign sing!

  1. Thanks so much for the party Donna and for featuring my salvaged old trophy bases. If it makes you feel any better, I’d have to stand on my two-story roof to see the sunset.

  2. Fabulous features Donna !
Thanks so much for the party and welcome back !
( they’re calling for 41 degrees with the humidity here in Montreal this weekend – I NEED somewhere cooler lol )

  3. Donna,I’m new to the link parties and not sure what I need to do. I just posted (in that last couple days) 3 posts of junk purposes and finished products. I’ll have many more in the future and would love be involved at some level. I’d also like to put a link to your website from mine. Please let me know what you think. Thanks, Carla
