Welcome to Party Junk 292 – new salvaged junk project features and a link party
Every Friday, 7 PM through Sunday 11 PM Pacific
Hello weekend junk warriors!
I’m finally back to the land of the (much colder) living. I’ll admit, I’m having a little struggle adapting, mentally and physically. But I know my heart will catch up with me soon. If it wasn’t for the cats and my large desktop computer, you may have had to send the junk squad out to search for me… 😉
I’ve tried to mimic a few things we did on vacay at home, but it isn’t working as well. For one thing, to find the sunset, I have to go to the road and jump up. LOL No wonder it never became a thing at home! But I will say this… we are spending more time OFF line now. Which I’m going to write about soon.
Anyway, I’m really glad I took the time to go over your links from last weekend. They have helped reinspire me into the land of DIY enormously!
Vintage Shop Light Cage Turned Lantern by Adirondack Girl At Heart
Instant industrial candle! Love this… and you can hang it up too! I’ll take 10 for my patio please. Strung up with mini lights maybe…
Trophy base picture or biz card holder by My Salvaged Treasures
I’ll never view an ugly trophy base quite the same way again. Wow…
Waterfall side table makeover by Fern Avenue
Stunning, vintage design on a piece bound for the dump no more!
Spring Doily Table Runner, by Sadie Seasongoods
Random doilies come together in one happy explosion of colour and beauty!
And then there’s that farm table… now I want to build a farm table.
Volkswagon bus dresser, by Prodigal Pieces
From dated waterfall dresser to the cutest dresser in the WORLD! Aren’t the colours Heavenly?
Old Sign Stencil Spotlight for this week!
A green milk painted dresser, by breida with a b
So… this post is about that GORGEOUS finish on the 2 toned dresser.
But eye spy… check out 2 of my own stencils in this pic… they are from the small Farmers’ Market with Arrow, and GROCERY.
Love the combo on this wooden piece! And that chippy milk paint sure makes that sign sing!
Find the stencils direct HERE.

Thanks so much for the party Donna and for featuring my salvaged old trophy bases. If it makes you feel any better, I’d have to stand on my two-story roof to see the sunset.

Thanks for the awesome links 🙂
Donna,I’m new to the link parties and not sure what I need to do. I just posted (in that last couple days) 3 posts of junk purposes and finished products. I’ll have many more in the future and would love be involved at some level. I’d also like to put a link to your website from mine. Please let me know what you think. Thanks, Carla
Hi Carla! Welcome!
Just link up your projects to the widget below and you’re done! No need to include any links or buttons back to my party… that is completely optional. 🙂
