PJ 312 – salvaged junk storage

Every Friday, 7 PM through Sunday 11 PM Pacific

Hello everyone, and a Happy New Year to you! It’s so nice to be back!

Anyone else start the big clean? I sure have! With my new old sign entryway before and after, and a little under the stairs cleaning that unearthed my childhood toys, I’m off to a great start.

So I felt it was only right to start the year off with some fun ways to store your junk inside.. your junk.

Here are a few I found from the past on Party Junk…

This gorgeous room has so many repurposed storage gems, a tour is a must!

But this rolling pin twine holder stole my heart! WANT.

Don’t do away with those trays you no longer use… do this instead! Spices have never looked so high end.

Thanks to a pallet, these potato bins became a thing. This is such a clever design to layer exsisting crates too! Hmmm… pondering that very thought!

Coffee always tastes better with junk… love this cool, industrial vibe!

Aaand… a few of my own favs, for good measure..

This ladder organizer doesn’t take much space, doesn’t require building, makes looking for your stuff a whole lot easier, and is fun to look at! #winning

Part of an old sign entryway. Beware: it comes with a daunting before that may harm your retinas…

I have one of those tall beds… so as luck would have it, ladders are tall too… this ladder shelf certainly does the trick in pure junk style.

  1. I enjoyed this week’s features, Donna, and love the tall ladder by your bed (with the awesome headboard). Thanks so much for hosting. Have a great week-end!

  2. Loving the pallet wood tools storage, I need to make myself one of those. I’m definitely in the mood for organising at the moment, looking forward to seeing everyone’s posts. This is by far my favourite link up party of the week, there are always some great ideas.

  3. Happy New Year back to you Donna! I enjoyed the recap of junk pieces you’ve repurposed to serve new functions around your home. I’m still in awe at how you organized your garage with junk finds. Thanks for the party and have a great weekend!

  4. Hi Donna! I love the ladder stand next to the bed and really like it. I do not have the average nightstand beside my bed either. Why be average, right?
I also noticed the book and it’s been a movie I’ve been wanting to see. Maybe tonight! Thanks hosting the party.

  5. All these creative storage and organizing ideas make me want to start from scratch in every room of my home, especially my garage! Thanks for the party, Donna.

  6. Love the ideas! The silver casserole wall shelf is my favorite. I’m always trying to figure news ways to use those besides my birdhouses.
