Welcome to DIY Salvaged Junk Projects 507
Every Friday, 7 PM through Wednesday 11 PM Pacific
We did it guys! We made it through Christmas and hopefully you’re all enjoying some down time!
I am attempting to chill and not work, but when your work is your play, the lines drawn certainly do get fuzzy… nothing a few bike rides, movie theatre or coffee shop visits won’t cure though.
Anyway, last week I was in high-productive mode and got out two good posts!
These wood scrap trees happened and they happen to be my most fav project this Christmas! Easy too. With winter ideas as well.
AND shared my Christmas home tour! Better late than never right?! The home tour includes some new projects such as painted skis, a new coffee station sign, and pillows I haven’t blogged about yet. Come by for a visit!
I can always count on you to show up with wonderful inspiration each week though! In fact, it’s hard not to feature ALL of you! My task here is getting VERY difficult…
Regardless, here’s some amazing highlights of yours from last weekend’s party…
What a beautiful, natural way to decorate for Christmas! Visit the post for the full amazing details…
An outdated sign just got a whole lot cozier with this beautiful Ski Lodge rendition! Loving the snowflake details between the pegs! Visit the link for the full stencil details.
And one more! THIS WASTE BASKET MAKEOVER is absolutely darling!
I would have completely overlooked this wine rack until now… so clever! And aren’t the gifts too perfect?! Visit the link for all the steps!
NOW I know what to do with my veggie steamer… because it rarely makes an appearance otherwise. LOL This is so clever! Click the link to learn all the steps!
Ok, as if vintage by itself wasn’t enchanting enough, THIS little shadowbox idea is absolutely adorable and so original! I think it’s time to collect vintage boxes. Visit the link for all the details.
No room for a traditional Christmas village? Me either! But I could do this! My goodness… this picture is exquisite. This isn’t a step-by-step tutorial post however upon a closer look, most of it can be figured out. There are other samples in this post too. SO beautifully done! I want one!
And one more! Check out how they also created an actual village boxes HERE. It’s stunning!
