How is it Friday already? How?!
I know how. This week was my birthday, and I head out to play! Granted, that was only one day… and I have a pretty post to show for it too! But not sure what happened because it didn’t get published. LOL So I’ll share where my sister and I went for a little adventure early next week!
I’ve missed outings and have told myself I must go on a small adventure every week now. It’s the only way I’ll force myself into a break. Since there’s plenty of pretty sights to see in my area, shouldn’t be an issue! Getting something on the blog on the other hand, might be!
I think this girl is just craving a real vacay. Can you relate?
In other news, I’ve been working on a spring project, but it’s taking MUCH longer than anticipated. It involves a new paint I’ll be chatting about, along with a couple of new spring/summer stencils!
So once again, it’s been slow this week on the blog, but lots coming up! Until that’s ready to roll, let’s check out some fab features from last week’s party…

here’s another ‘Happy Birthday!’ wish from me, my friend… because really, we all deserve much more than just one day of celebrating!!! i hope this year brings you many more opportunities, adventures, and creative experiences, Miss Donna.
thank you so much for including my pop art posies in your feature this week! i had so much fun making them AND photographing them – and i have another variation planned for summer, too 😉 so many ideas, so little time LOL
have a great weekend!
Happy birthday, Donna. Hope you had a very relaxing and awesome day/week dreaming up new creations and adventures.
Thanks for the feature on my Bible Verse letter board, and thank you for hosting a great upcycling party!
Happy, happy Birthday! 🙂 I have an old “up cycled” wind chime made from old silverware & a copper color jello mould that my son made in high school. I love the sound it makes in the wind! Its also a wonderful way to use old flatware! I’m kind of getting in the groove of staying home & fixing up all the small things I never seemed to have the time for before. (Sheesh, there’s a lot of them – haha!)
Happy Birthday, Donna! Great way to spend it too. I FINALLY bought myself a bike this week. Finger’s crossed I remember how to ride one. I wish I had the gorgeous trails that you do nearby but I’ll have to settle for the urban trails in my community. Thanks a bunch for featuring my windchimes, I so enjoy the sound they make. Have a great weekend and happy trails!
Happy Saturday Donna! Thank you for featuring my Tin Can Bunny and Chick project! I hope you have a GREAT week!
Creatively, Beth
So glad you got to get out and have some fun on your birthday, Donna! Mine is this month, too! Thanks for hosting! Have a great weekend:)
Happy Belated Birthday Donna! Hope you had a great day!
