New Upcycle Ideas 675
Every Friday, 7 PM through Wednesday 11 PM Pacific
Greetings! This past week I treated myself to the outdoor chairs I wanted! When I saw they came back in stock, I couldn’t get to the store fast enough.
I had my eye on two pretty nice resin wicker chairs from Home Depot (see HERE, affiliate link and I am in LOVE! They look like real wicker from a short distance, yet have all the outdoor durability of resin wicker. What a great starting off point for a new patio makeover!
Something else that transpired is a quick makeover of a farm table I had on hand in storage for years. It was sitting in my laundry room but it didn’t do the space justice. When a family member took a liking to it, that motivated me to finish it up, ready for its new home.
But I’m gonna march on down and stage it like I’m keeping it… because now I wish I was. LOL Figures! I have a hard time relinquishing projects though, so this is the way to do it. Get the creativity out into the world then let it go where it deserves to really shine in the right space.
Which taught me something. Maybe I should be redoing furniture for others instead of just myself. So I’m going to consider that as I purge a few more corners to perhaps create a storage area for found pieces that need some love.
Maybe this is the start of firing up a booth… who knows! I’m going to be scouting out a couple of potential areas to see where things go.
So while I gather all the latest to share in a post of some sort, let’s enjoy these fabulous upcycled project features from last week’s party…
