Greetings all!

This past week I had the best of intentions to share a fun, new furniture makeover with you! However a sudden toothache lead to an agonizing wait over the long weekend until I could get a root canal this week. Why do these things always land on long weekends?!

To pass the time, I play a game of, “Good thing I wasn’t on a NICE VACATION when this happened!” which makes me feel better for about 10 minutes or so. Then I pine for a vacation next… LOL But I survived and am back at it again! So I’ll share my new project with you next week!

Want a sneak peek?! See it in the Antiques stencil store listing HERE

And creatives, since we’re on the furniture topic, let’s also add ‘fav furniture makeovers’ to this week’s linkup! These can be from both the past and the present. List as many as you like! I’ll add a few of my own too!

Here’s one of mine…

From IKEA dresser to crate-styled paint storage cabinet

When I landed a really unattractive IKEA dresser that had seen better days, I was going to bring it to the dump when I got in a larger order of milk paint with no place to store it. So I dragged that thing out and revamped it to suit! I’m SO glad I made the effort because it’s one of my fav pieces to-date! You must see the before… it’s dramatic.

So until there’s more to share, let’s visit these unique features from last week’s party, then get onto the new additions!
