Happy Halloween! I have all our decor out with mini lights aglow to welcome all the trick or treaters this evening! It promises to be quiet night though with all our rain, so should that transpire, my door knockers will get double the candy. Come on over and load up, gang!

Since fall feels so short in my region, I decided to make a project that could stay out nearly 6 months out of the year! One side are the cutest wooden pumpkins with sock toques in the land! Come see what the other side looks like for fall! Gotta love a ‘spin it around and I’m done’ vibe, am I right?!
In other news, I did a cute Hometalk project that pretty much finished the final touches needed in my ensuite, so it’s nearly time to share that revamp too! Right after I finish framing my mirror with reclaimed wood…
My other cat Sky has had some recent health issues. Since Lake her brother left us a couple of months back, I thought she was recuperating, but I’m thinking my insulin kitty has some new challenges with her teeth. Oh boy. This is when you wish you had purchased pet insurance. Has anyone ever done that and felt it worthwhile? One day at a time…
And I’m also shopping for a car for myself now! After my son landed the cutest SUV, I NEED one in my life. What kind of SUV do you endorse? I’d love to hear your opinions!
Here’s hoping I get this post done in time… while munching on Halloween candy and chips of course! The doorbell is about to ring full time so I should get my steps in tonight as the front door is downstairs…
