Welcome to Party Junk 255 – an upcycled link party
Every Friday, 7PM through Sunday 11 PM Pacific
Hello weekend junkers!
This week was one crazy busy week with prep for the Crafty Affaire market in the works. Yesterday was spent pricing, packing and then realizing my truck wasn’t big enough by a LONG shot. The borrowing of a trailer is in the works… oh my… wish me luck! There is indeed a learning curve when you haul your stuff to another location!
Feel free to follow along with live updates on Instagram HERE.
Since I was still cleaning well into the night, I didn’t have time to build a theme, here are a few amazing highlights from last week’s party…
Vintage flower seed pallet signs / Flower Patch Farmhouse
Pamela loves vintage seed artwork. So she took that love one step further, by hand painting pallet crate ends she built from scratch. Why didn’t I think of that?!
Aren’t they gorgeous?
Grain sack office chair makeover / Remodelando La Casa
Christina had your average faux black leather office chair that had seen MUCH better days. So she funked it up perfectly with an upcycled coffee bean sack. This is an exceptional tutorial… the chair was taken apart to get the fit to perfection. It’s perfect!
Upcycled door garden arbour with a garden tour / 22 Applegate Lane
Cheryl head out of town for a leisurely drive, and ended up at Bittersweet Barn, a mercantile with a little bit of everything. Even though this place is in the middle of nowhere… she says it best… “The garden is quirky, creative, organic and just “rusty” enough to suit my fancy each time I visit. It’s worth the drive!”
I’m so glad you took that nowhere-land drive Cheryl, because this tour is positively delightful! Take your time when visiting this post, because you don’t want to miss one detail in these photos!
Summer touches in a vintage bathroom / Faded Charm
Every time Kathleen posts, I get this need to walk into the computer screen and take in the room in person. The personal, summery rustic touches of hydrangeas and shells in this bathroom are absolutely stunning. And… I want that ladder. More than a pony even. 🙂 Take this tour… it’s worth your click.
