Welcome to Party Junk 279 – an upcycled link party
Every Friday, 7 PM through Sunday 11 PM Pacific
Hello friends! Ready to party once again with your upcycled best?
So… I nearly picked a theme for this weekend, but after seeing these amazing projects from last weekend, I had to feature them. HAD to. Check out these genius upcycles…
Upcycled plastic bottle bird feeder / Upcycled Design Lab
This has got to be the CUTEST and most original bird feeder I’ve ever laid eyes on. You lucky birds…
Easy driftwood hurricane candle / Scavenger Chic
Simplistic beauty wins this race, Joan. The branches are divine!
Upcycled shutters hurricane lamp / Scavenger Chic
Um… Joan, shutters? Right… these WERE shutters. Can you even believe that?! As you can see, Joan deserves two features this round.
Garden markers from seed packs / Garden Up Green
Need some garden markers? Some reclaimed wood and a few seed packets are all you need. Adorableness!
How to make burlap bunting / AKA Design
Shannon is famous for her legendary buntings. Here’s the perfect post that showcases her best with an awesome tutorial!
Repurposed cupboard paint cart / Funky Junk Interiors
And gotta shout out my own personal fav this week… this paint cart was SO fun to make. All it took were Old Sign Stencils and Fusion Mineral Paint!
And also up for grabs, don’t miss the chance to enter to win $150 of Fusion Mineral Paint products! Event ends Monday so don’t wait!

~ Party Junk blah blah linkup rules ~
1. Upcycled, DIY home projects only please. Items for sale must be in tutorial form on your blog.
2. Linkups must be your own work, not another’s.
3. Only projects new to Party Junk please. The themed linkup is an exception.
4. By linking up here, you’re cool with me featuring you on my blog, Pinterest, Twitter, FJI Facebook and I Love That Junk or it’s own new LINK WIDGET with no additional permission required and add your link to like minded themed linkups.

Donna, I think we have similar tastes. I absolutely love the projects you’ve been working on this week. What always sets your projects apart, other than the stencils, is the use of the rusty and crusty. Thank you so much for the features, you’ve made my weekend.
From the bird feeder to the burlap bunting, all the features are amazing, so creative! Thanks for the party and all the inspiration!
Hi Donna, thanks for PJ 279. The month is flying by. Looking forward to watching your demonstrations on the 30th. I love that stencil cart. I took the ‘hang the stencils’ idea and used the end of a bookcase to store my stencils with a bin of supplies added to one shelf. Everything needs a home.

Fabulous features Donna – thanks so much for the party
Hope you have a wonderful weekend

I see all kinds of fun junk! Love your new Antiques stencil and that fabulous cabinet. Thanks for hosting Donna.
I think you’re bringing stencils back – I love mine! Thanks or hosting.
Thank you Donna for featuring the Garden Markers, This made my day – what an honor. I don’t have anything to share this week, all my articles have been about the dirt and quail. I still enjoy stopping by as this is my favorite blog, you’re simply awesome. Hope you have a great weekend.

Great projects Donna as always. But I’m a sucker for pallet wood and birds. Keep up the phenomenal work!
That buttermilk cream is calling my name…. I have some old frames that would be stunning in that color.
I am following on IG. tlclements35.
I am already following you on IG.
I am slightly obsessed with you, lol.

So happy to finally have something to share at your party! Oh how I’ve missed my junk loving friends!! Thanks for hosting 🙂
Have a great weekend! Laurel
I also loved that birdhouse. Great features, and thanks for hosting. Plus I am still crushing on that cart!
Thank you so much for hosting. I always love this party! Jo
I could easily see myself using Buttermilk Cream and Prairie Sunset on so many things. Upper Canada Green is a beautiful color as well. Actually about half of all those colors are my favorite…Do I have to choose just one?
Love all the upcycled inspiration here! Thanks so much for hosting this fab party. Have a great week!
Thanks so much for the party.
