Welcome to Party Junk 282 – an upcycled link party
Every Friday, 7 PM through Sunday 11 PM Pacific
Hey fellow junkers! Welcome back to the party!
No DIYs from me these week. I miss it! But I’ve been busy weeding the garden (oh my word the before!!!) and showcasing a little Las Vegas fun. Did you catch the Neon Sign Museum? It’s a must see!

About you
So here is what I have learned. You will be creating all summer. Awesome news!
I’ll do my best to continue the party throughout the summer. Some weeks may be featureless here and there though, and I may miss the odd party post, as we have plans to do some pretty exciting stuff that takes us away from home. More on that soon!
Thanks for chiming in on that question last week! Good to know you love the party and plan to continue to visit.

This week’s question
Is there anything different you’d like to see in the weekly parties to make them more interesting?
I know I use to have themes, but they took more time to curate. But I’m open to hearing what you have to say! I’m looking for interesting, but quick and easy ideas to help fuel you!
Ha… maybe we just need a weekly question. I LOVE hearing your thoughts!

Features!
So… you have been busy! I’ve been busy weeding flower beds… not so exciting.
However, here’s what you’ve been up to…. with some favs from last week…
The perfect tea pot sewing caddy by Sadie Seasongoods
Oh my gosh guys… this one surprised me in the best of ways. This is so clever, Sarah! A place for pins and a place to stash. Magical!
Hay hook hat coat hanger by Saturdays Vintage Finds
Hay hooks found at an auction became so much more, with the marriage of the perfect piece of wood. I want one!
DIY Reclaimed Wood Planter Boxes by Garden Up Green
Carole has managed to create visual height and interest in her garden with just chunks of reclaimed wood. This is easy! And super cool! And I need to copy her…
Barn door photo decor by Kammy’s Korner
This post made me laugh. You have to see the before of this one. Nothing like a little reclaimed wood feature with meaning attached. Beautifully done!
Painted union jack door, by Simply Vintageous by Suzan
This idea will have you WISHING you had flat, boring interior doors! Art in unexpected places is just cool.
Farmhouse bathroom remodel by Prodigal Pieces
If you haven’t yet taken this amazingly vintage inspired bathroom tour by Larissa, do so.
Crate inspired wall gallery by Finding Home
Laura has this wall I love… and I love that she changes it so often so I have another excuse to showcase it. Lots of crate goodness here!
Reclaimed wood hose holder by Mom in Music City
Why is it that I have an ugly plastic hose holder when I could have this instead I am not sure… but I’d like to change that. This is cool!
