Welcome to Party Junk 284 – an upcycled link party
Every Friday, 7 PM through Sunday 11 PM Pacific
Hey fellow junkers! Welcome back to the party!
So happy to have you back, to showcase your beautiful projects!
Here are a few of my favs from last week’s party…

What you did…
Hexigon wardrobe makeover / The Painted Hive
Kristine was challenged to relove a furniture piece in some way, put up for auction for a good cause.
This piece is over the top unique… and I hope it rakes in a BOATLOAD of cash! I mean, 101 comments can’t be wrong…
Maple Seed Butterfly Art, by Tarnished Royalty
If you have maple seeds, and a little bit of paint, try this gorgeously unique butterfly art Ann came up with! Don’t you love the ombre painted effect? Outstanding!
Sisal wrapped flower planters, by Confessions of a Serial Do-it-Yourselfer
Have some old planters that could stand to use a small update? I love the paint and sisal detailing Christy used on these!

What I did…
Pallet hammer storage for the workshop / Funky Junk Interiors
It felt so good to get back into DIY mode again! I love small improvements, and this pallet section was the perfect addition for my upcycled workshop. Come see how easy it was to make…

Old Sign Stencil weekly highlight
Bingo card burlap pillow with pom poms / Thistlewood Farms
A little quality burlap, some pom poms, and a sunny field had KariAnne sprinting outdoors for the perfect shot… in her field. If nothing else, visit this post for the shot… and her story. It will so make you smile!
The stencil shown is BINGO – Star in Large.

Have a great weekend!

Thanks for hosting Donna! LOVE the features, and your cute hammer hanger. 🙂
Donna, THANK YOU so much for choosing to feature my Honeycomb Armoire 🙂 You just made my day!
I wish my husband would allow me to organise our shed like your workshop – it’s awesome. I seem to use the tools more than him though am barely allowed in there!
Can I ask you a quick question (you can email me the reply if you have time – I know you get a zillion questions!).
What editing did you apply to my photo? I noticed it’s a little brighter. Perhaps slightly over-exposed, though in a good way I think. I tried mimicking the look using Photoshop though can’t get the balance the same. Just wondered if you minded sharing with me as I’m always keen to learn something new.
Thanks so much.
Kristine
Always tons of inspiration here!! I can’t wait to peek around…its been a while 😉 I miss my junker friends!! Chat soon, Laurel

I love that BINGO pillow! Great party — glad I have a recent DIY to share!
That armoire makeover is really something breathtaking…I’ve never seen anything quite like it before…what a beauty!
And I am in lurve with KariAnne’s cutie-pie BINGO pillow…this is a project I am determined to tackle! And I’m going full-tilt on this one, too…pom-poms and all!
Great features this week, Donna–thanks so much for hosting!
While I am inspired by all those totally cool, I have to say that I am in utter love with the maple see butterfly.
