Welcome to Party Junk 297 – an upcycled link party

Every Friday, 7 PM through Sunday 11 PM Pacific

Welcome back to a junk filled weekend, from bloggers all over!

This past week was a real mixed bag. I showed you my brave ugly to better linen closet, my fancy pants oversized cutting board project,  and even took you to a Maui Swap Meet! And now I want to go back again… sigh.

Anyway, you guys inspire me so much. I’m sitting here writing this post, and it’s all I can do to stay put and gitter done, because I want to leap out of my chair, and belt out a few ideas inspired by yours!

Here are a few of my favs from last week’s party..

Vintage has just never looked more charming. These chair covers are to DIE for, and are perfect for this fun, vibrant kitchen!

Industrial planters anyone? Head to the garbage… literally. Isn’t this cool?

Love the shelf, AND the styling! I want to roll this thing all the way into my house.

Wood scraps do not belong in the trash… they need to be morphed into a wreath! All that chipping goodness good for ANY season of the year.

Why didn’t I think of this? Isn’t the texture amazing? Especially cool for fall!

Revamp a boring chandelier into utter charm with tea cups! I love the choice of bold, clear colours on this one! I’d bet it looks stunning lit up.

If you love quirky trays as much as I do, this cutting board style made from fence planks may be right up your alley. It’s HUGE! 🙂

  1. Hi Donna – There are no words to describe how excited I was to share my junkin pumpkins with you and their little rusted truck. Thank you for hosting and I hope your weekend and week are as wonderful as you are! Hugs, Holly

  2. Still crushin’ hard on your tray…it makes me feel like, one day when I get braver, I should attempt my own! That scrap-wood wreath is also a charmer…what better way to use up your scrap wood and turn it into something beautiful? Oh, and those slip-covers are just darling…LOVE all of the vivid colours and sweet graphics! I really need to learn how to sew…hehe!

  3. Holy cats I see my living room up there and I am so honored! This is one of the best parties around because there is SO much talent! I love everyone’s links!
