Welcome to Party Junk 305 – an upcycled link party

Every Friday, 7 PM through Sunday 11 PM Pacific

Hello everyone! Welcome back to last week’s greatest hits!

The quality of the projects you keep bringing every weekend just keep rising up. Where are your TV shows? I don’t see anything cool like this on the tube!

Well, glad you come here to tune in regardless. Here are a few of my favs…

I’m a total sucker for a good, striking sign. This beauty was completely hand done, and it is amazing!

If you wish to cheat, I have a similar stencil HERE.

This just has to be the most darling outdoor project I have EVER seen! I want it indoors without the bugs. It looks so cool!

Love open shelving but don’t want to spend a bundle? These beauties just use standard boards!

The cutest little weathered pumpkin in the land, using old trellis strips. I adore the weathered barn wood grey patina!

This stunning project over shines those flowers! I love the crisp green tone against the black. So striking!

This beautiful AND easy project just requires a few leaves, wax and parchment paper. Truly inspiring!

And, here’s a couple of projects from me…

Homestead Blend Coffee tote-1912
Coffee themed reclaimed wood toolbox, using Funky Junk’s Old Sign Stencils

I LOVE my brew! So I felt others may too. This little toolbox idea makes a great gift idea, with that stencilled design showcasing your fav beverage. Also comes with a mix and match Hot Cocoa option. Don’t forget to make some scrap wood coasters too!

Coffee themed grain sack pillow for Christmas, using Funky Junk's Old Sign Stencils / funkyjunkinteriors.net
Coffee themed grain sack pillow for Christmas, using Funky Junk’s Old Sign Stencils

I LOVE grain sack designs, but don’t always like to hear about the high prices. So I took it upon myself to create a stencil where you can now easily make your own! Comes with a non Christmas option too.

  1. hi donna! i thought i’d be the first at the party, nope! well, maybe the first comment! =)
that insect hotel… i would like to reserve the top floor please. crazy in love with your tool box and pillow!!! happy november!! xo

  2. What a cute collection. My favourites in terms of what I might make are the etched milk bottle and the wooden arrow. I love the license plate Christmas tree and bed spring wine rack too but would need to source supplies for those and I’m dehoarding and trying to use up things I have for any projects at the moment.

That bug house is adorable! I already have one very similar, but have to confess I didn’t make it, I bought it in Lidl. I think this would be a nice project to do with kids!

    Thanks for sharing and inspiring!

  3. Hi Donna!
I’m excited about linking to your party for the first time. Although I’ve looked at your website frequently I wasn’t completely sure where to link at for the week of 11/20. I love your site and all the ideas you have! somehow my husband and I accumulate a lot of this kind of stuff and are starting to do something with it. He has done remodeling and building for 30 years so he teaches me a lot. Although one time I caught him burning old doors and he won’t be doing that anymore LOL.
