Happy weekend, friends!
This past week, it’s been all about continuing to share the launch of 4 new fall stencils and unique projects made with them. And this week I shared two!
Easy wood fall directional arrow signs By Funky Junk Interiors
When I recently sold some fall signs I made last year, I decided why not make some signs to intentionally sell? This is something I don’t normally do.
Which led to a new way to make arrow tips for these directional signs. This arrow tip design is my most favorite one to date, it’s sturdy and super easy to do!
Also… consider this a sneak peek on my shed update I have not yet blogged about… coming soon!
Rustic homemade fruit pie sign with choices by Funky Junk Interiors
I had intentions to make a cute Homemade Pumpkin Pie sign… but then choice came into play. What if I made a pie sign of choice? BOOM. Now it’s in season all year around… plus you can change out the flavours upon desire…
I still have another to share next week too! And aside from that, I took some time to get my hair done (yay!) and doing some bike riding when it’s safe to do so. The US forest fire smoke has really spread into western Canada so we are wishing safety and health for all affected. Crossing fingers the next couple of rainy days help!
So let’s now catch up with you! Here are some fab highlights from last week’s party…

Naush
My pleasure Naush, thanks for your weekend visit and bringing your creativity over!
Donna, i LOVE your new signs with their pointy arrow tips – you are the queen of woodworking tips & hacks, girl! (can’t wait to see more of your new shed, too 😉 )
thank you so much for including my paper paint chip pumpkin art in your feature, and for your supportive suggestion about a book. i hadn’t thought of that idea, but now that you mention it…. LOL!!!
Thanks Deb! And bring on that book! When you zone into an idea, you are unleashed… perfect way to fill a book!
Donna, Have a nice weekend! ☻♥
You too Elsa, thanks for your visit and always sharing your wonderful creativity with us!
Thanks so much for featuring my stone tree and gate tree, Have a creative day.
My pleasure Linda! Your project is a fan-favorite this weekend! Just LOVE it!
This party is one of my favorites. I always walk away so inspired by the creative ways junk finds are repurposed and this week’s features did not disappoint. How cool is that rock tree, now I want to go rock collecting along the river.
Thanks Marie, always nice to have you by again! Yeah, the branch and rock project is so neat!
Your pie sign is awesome, Donna! I love the flexibility of choosing what kind of pie you want to make (yea, right;) Isn’t it great when you get in the creative groove? I’m still waiting for it…
Thanks Lora! I got out of my slump by pushing myself into ‘new’ directions, mostly things I haven’t done before. It’s been a pretty invigorating summer, but certainly not for the faint of heart! Maybe it’s your season to just be…
I’m so jealous you got your hair done. Let’s just say, I know what my true colour is now, lol. Thank you for the feature Donna. 🙂
Love all these creative ideas. I always try and pick one favorite though, and this round, I think it would have to be the gate/tree art.
I love trees 🙂
Haha! Yes… hair during this season of life is most definitely ‘a look’… And that twig stone tree is the coolest! Thanks for your visit Kim!
I really enjoyed a lot of these posts. I have an upcycle frame of mind and I think the isolation of the pandemic is helping me to use my imagination. Kudos to all these bloggers! Thanx for hosting.
